First Visit Guide
We look forward to welcoming you to clinic. When you come for your appointments, please bring the following:
- Insurance information
- Referral Letter (if insured, self funding patients do not need this)
- Copies of results, including X-rays and MRI scans
- List of medications (if any)
We encourage you to come to your initial consultation with a written list of questions to ensure you don’t forget to ask them when you visit Mr Anand
